Welcome to Entrepioneer. By accessing or using our website, coaching programs, or any other offerings provided by entrepioneer.life (and related), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Entrepioneer’s website, enrolling in our programs, or engaging with any value we’ve produced, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Coaching Offerings

Entrepioneer offers personal and group coaching programs designed to support the personal, professional, and mindset growth of young adults. All guidance and content are for educational and informational purposes only. Results vary and are dependent on individual effort and circumstances.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on our content or coaching.

3. Financial Commitments, Commitments, and Retrievals Policy

Financial pledges and membership dues for coaching programs, courses, or other offerings must be submitted in full at the time of value exchange unless otherwise stated. All financial pledges and membership dues are final unless a financial retrieval policy is explicitly stated and privately agreed upon.

If financial contribution plans are offered, the user agrees to fulfill all scheduled financial contributions. Failure to complete contributions may result in account suspension or  collection action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to videos, written material, logos, coaching frameworks, and graphics—is the property of Entrepioneer and protected.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website or anything associated with Entrepioneer for any illegal or unlawful purposes

• Share or distribute harmful or misleading content

• Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization

• Harass or abuse other users, members, collaborators, or contributors

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate your account if these terms are violated.

6. Confidentiality and Community Guidelines

Any group coaching, forums, or community spaces may involve the sharing of personal experiences. You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect other members’ privacy.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or ban users who violate community standards.

7. Disclaimers

Entrepioneer does not offer professional and certified medical, legal, or financial advice. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent, Entrepioneer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or site.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Please check back periodically.

10. Governing Law

Umbrella Legal / Lawful Note for Entrepioneer

Entrepioneer is a Not for Profit PMA – Private Membership Association (“a club”) . Our members engage with each other under private contractual & consenting agreement. All dues, exchanges, commitments, contributions, & pledges are done so as private parties interacting amongst each other. We are NOT a business with clients. We are an integrated auxiliary of a Not for Profit 508c1a with private members. Our actions are NOT governed through any statutory public judicial system, but instead under the Divine Jurisdiction & Lawfulness of Nature – GOD’s Law. Engaging with Entrepioneer in any way means you commit to the agreement that if there are any disputes, they are handled through private agreement & mediation, NOT through the statutory law system
