Effective Date: 13 February

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding lawful contract between you (“User” or “You”) and Entrepioneer, governing your use of any content, coaching programs, digital products, courses, Offerings, and associated materials made available through entrepioneer.life or any affiliated platform (collectively, the “Offerings”).

By accessing or using any part of the Entrepioneer Offerings, you agree to be bound by the terms of our Agreements. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Offerings or our offerings, including that of free sources such as our content, website, or any other available or non available offerings from Entrpioneer.

1. License Grant

Entrepioneer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Offerings for your personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with this Agreement.

You may:

• View, stream, or download materials for personal development
• Use the content as part of your own growth journey, provided you do not share or distribute it

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content
• Share login credentials or grant others access to your account
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our materials
• Use our content or name for commercial purposes without written permission

2. Ownership and Property

All content provided by Entrepioneer—including videos, courses, coaching materials, tools, frameworks, branding, and any associated content—is the exclusive property of Entrepioneer 

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership or gives you any rights to Entrepioneer’s property beyond the limited license granted above.

 

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Offerings for lawful and respectful purposes
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Not harass, defame, or abuse other users or coaches

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without reimbursement of financial pledges or membership dues if we determine that a user has violated these terms

4. No Guarantees

Entrepioneer provides instructional, guiding, and motivational content, but makes no guarantees about specific results or outcomes. All progress depends on your own effort, discipline, and circumstances.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or professional counseling.

5. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Offerings at any time for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any materials you have downloaded or stored.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Entrepioneer makes no warranties, express or implied, about the functionality, accuracy, or reliability of the Offerings. You use our platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by GOD’s law, Entrepioneer will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use of or inability to use the Offerings.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed through the Divine Realm & Lawfulness of Nature – GOD’s Law, without regard to conflict of statutory laws, principles, opinions, and/or perspectives. Any disputes against Entrepioneer shall be resolved through non-statutory private mediation only.

8. Changes to This Agreement

Entrepioneer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Offerings after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
