Welcome to Entrepioneer. By accessing or using our website, coaching programs, or any other offerings provided by entrepioneer.life (and related), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Entrepioneer’s website, enrolling in our programs, or engaging with any value we’ve produced, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Coaching Offerings

Entrepioneer offers personal and group coaching programs designed to support the personal, professional, and mindset growth of young adults. All guidance and content are for educational and informational purposes only. Results vary and are dependent on individual effort and circumstances.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on our content or coaching.

3. Financial Commitments, Commitments, and Retrievals Policy

Financial pledges and membership dues for coaching programs, courses, or other offerings must be submitted in full at the time of value exchange unless otherwise stated. All financial pledges and membership dues are final unless a financial retrieval policy is explicitly stated and privately agreed upon.

If financial contribution plans are offered, the user agrees to fulfill all scheduled financial contributions. Failure to complete contributions may result in account suspension or  collection action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to videos, written material, logos, coaching frameworks, and graphics—is the property of Entrepioneer and protected.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website or anything associated with Entrepioneer for any illegal or unlawful purposes
• Share or distribute harmful or misleading content
• Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
• Harass or abuse other users, members, collaborators, or contributors

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate your account if these terms are violated.

6. Confidentiality and Community Guidelines

Any group coaching, forums, or community spaces may involve the sharing of personal experiences. You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect other members’ privacy.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or ban users who violate community standards.

7. Disclaimers

Entrepioneer does not offer professional and certified medical, legal, or financial advice. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent, Entrepioneer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or site.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Please check back periodically.

10. Governing Law

Umbrella Legal / Lawful Note for Entrepioneer

Entrepioneer is a Not for Profit PMA – Private Membership Association (“a club”) . Our members engage with each other under private contractual & consenting agreement. All dues, exchanges, commitments, contributions, & pledges are done so as private parties interacting amongst each other. We are NOT a business with clients. We are an integrated auxiliary of a Not for Profit 508c1a Foundation with private members. Our actions are NOT governed through any statutory public judicial system, but instead under the Divine Jurisdiction & Lawfulness of Nature – GOD’s Law. Engaging with Entrepioneer in any way means you commit to the agreement that if there are any disputes, they are handled through private agreement & mediation, NOT through the statutory law system


PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION – PERSONAL AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE 

By completing the Entrepioneer Private Membership agreement process to join the membership you hereby agree to and accept the terms of the Entrepioneer Membership Constellation & Community Group Association (hereinafter Association), a private and exclusive jurisdiction members association available only by invitation and with application approval. With the sealing of this members agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of the Private Membership Association Constellation- Entrepioneer. By completing the agreement, the member agrees to engage with the private membership group in accordance with the Bylaws and Entrepioneer’s Mission Statement. This Association of members, hereby declares that our purpose is to exist as a society living in peace under inherent law, to provide mutual benefits to all members and to protect our members’ rights to enter into private agreement through our inherent right to freedom. As members, we affirm jurisdiction under inherent law as Divine Law under the 508(c)(1)(a) Not-for-Profit foundation of ZalüTaría. This agreement is entered to maintain and protect all birth rights and establish freedom of choice relating to the bodies, minds, and spirits of every member of our association. Members decide what is best for themselves and their legal or health conditions. Thus, the ultimate goal of members is to accept full responsibility for every aspect of ones’ life, health, and well being, while becoming a self-governing member of this Association. This agreement is between members of the Association in private relations to each other and the Association. In confirmation, I have freely chosen to change my legal status while interacting and engaging with and in this Association from a public person to a private member in the Association. My activities within the Association are protected by this private contract that precludes me from sharing any information regarding the Association or fellow Members with the public or any non-members of this Association. All rights to file complaints or grievances, including yet not limited to when in attendance or participation in any Association activity is now voluntarily waived by the Member with the intention to be settled by an independent mediator. I understand all Members voluntarily waive all legal actions and rights to file a statutory complaint against the Association. Thus, I hereby certify, attest and warrant that I, of sound mind and body, and competent to seal, have carefully read and understood the plain language of this agreement for the Entrepioneer Members Association Agreement, and hereby voluntarily accept the private terms therein and hereby intend these terms and this agreement to bind myself, my family, heirs, nominees, agents and assigns in confidentiality

By completing the membership agreement the user voluntarily consents and attest that they have freely chosen to change their legal status when interacting, engaging, or exchanging with the Entrepioneer Private Membership Association Constellation in any regard or relations to the connection of Entrepioneer from a public person INTO a private member of the Association.
