The Evolution of An Entrepioneer – Weekday Routine

As a Private Member within The Entrepioneer Constellation I wanted to share my current personal “20 Mile March” (daily routine) into Evolution as of Q1 2026


6:00 am – Wake up (sometimes earlier, sometimes later)

6:30 am – Quantum Transformation Meditation (1 – 2 hours usually)

8:30 am – Creative Planning & Strategy Writing (sometimes for hours, it depends)

9:30 am – Cook Breakfast (typically a porridge type of meal – Ex : Oatmeal with blueberries)

10:15 am – Personal Developmental Book Reading

11:00 am – Studying of Learning Course (usually some sort of online digital course)

11:45 am – Fitness : 30 minutes of strength based yoga (mon, tue, thur, fri) followed by 30+ minutes of calisthenics

1:00 pm – Check into email inbox & any immediate firefighting + business / work tasks to be completed or projects being worked on

4:00 pm – begin cooking main meal – 2 very large servings of gruel / congee (soup based meal with broth + non-gluten grain type filler + root vegetables + squash + protein + spices + other ingredients all mixed together)

5:00 pm – Eating of main meal + watching educational learning content (podcasts, skillset learning videos, etc.)

5:30 pm – Sunset walk for reflection & digestion

6:00 pm – Cooking & eating of last small meal for digestion (Ex: steamed spinach & pears + cinnamon)

6:30 pm – Wrap up of any final business, work, or focused tasks to complete

7:30 pm – Sleep Prep : WiFi off no more screens for remaining of the day, “normal” lights off – infrared lights on, down tempo music on, evening stretching, journaling, self-massage

9:00 pm – Hot Shower THEN Cold Shower

9:30 pm – In bed asleep no later than 10pm (earlier if possible)


REPEAT …


The exact times are not always so rigid and also depend on when I wake up.

I don’t wake up with an alarm clock (I haven’t done so in over 10 years) so I don’t follow this regimented routine based on the exact times, rather, I follow it based on the actions to take.

A “20 Mile March” is a set of actions you do no matter rain or shine.

I perform this routine often for stretches of 10 – 15 days or more at a time depending on life circumstances.

We all have a 20 Mile March we’re conducting in our lives whether we know it or not.

Your 20MM are the steps you’re taking each day that lead your life into who you’re becoming.

How you cultivate your 20MM will be what determines your end results.

Your daily routine is your laboratory in life to experiment with to see what kind of results you can create

An unproductive or lackluster 20MM will lead to unproductive or lackluster life.

A productive or evolutionary 20MM will lead to productive or evolutionary life
